Eagle Mode - A Free Application For Windows
Eagle Mode is an application that combines file management, games, and other applications into one. It uses a ZUI (Zoomable User Interface) which enables users to zoom in and out to view different items.
Eagle Mode's controls are displayed as elements of a 3D cosmos-inspired environment. This allows users to interact with the environment in an imaginative way. For instance, you can play a song inside the application, or zoom into a fractal image.
If you want to use Eagle Mode for more than just playing games, it is a good idea to invest some time to learn how to use its features. It requires a mouse with three buttons. Also, keep in mind that it is a resource-hungry application. Unless you have a blazing-fast graphics driver and swap space, you may not be able to run it on your computer.
The interface is not intuitive at first. However, the documentation provides basic usage information. You can find additional help by reading in-button help texts and using the online support.
Eagle Mode also supports a wide range of keyboard commands. If you have a mouse with a scroll wheel, it is recommended that you use that.
There are many plugin applications available for Eagle Mode. They can be found in the system menu and in the system icons. To add them, simply create an AppStream metainfo file that specifies the URL of the screenshot that you would like to have.
